I had to return my tickets after my plans changed, and I was already expecting the whole thing to turn into another stressful headache for me. Usually I feel like I’m the one stuck chasing companies around, but Tickit actually got back to me quickly. The refund showed up a few days later and there wasn’t a load of back and forth. I was relieved it didn’t become a bigger problem than it needed to be.

Got it set up in just a few minutes, so overall I’m happy with it. The instructions could be a little clearer, but it wasn’t a big deal and everything worked out fine.

I ordered this from Tickit for my little one and was genuinely happy when it turned up. The size was pretty much exactly what I had in mind, which was a relief because I’ve definitely been caught out before with things looking bigger online than they are.

It feels nicely proportioned too, and it’s easy for little hands to grab and play with. Nothing about it feels awkward or overly chunky. Weirdly, I remember my child trying to balance it on top of a slipper within about five minutes of opening it, so it clearly passed the play test straight away.

Delivery was straightforward, and the item looked just like the photos on the website. I’d happily buy from them again, no complaints from me...

Customer service did get back to me, and they sorted it in the end, but it took a bit longer than I’d have liked. Not a terrible experience, just a bit annoying and more faff than it needed to be.

They don’t feel like the usual random toys that get played with for five minutes and then end up under the sofa, which is where half our house seems to disappear, along with odd socks. We mostly use them after school when everyone’s a bit tired and I’m trying to get dinner sorted, and they keep them busy without reaching for a screen. The quality seems solid too, nothing has broken so far, which is always a win in our house. I’d definitely buy from them again

Most of the pieces worked well for my 4-year-old. Just going by feel, I’d say it’s a good match for that age, even if a few bits might depend on the kid.
